Introduction & Acceptance
These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the avc77 platform ("Platform" or "Service"). By visiting the website, registering an account, or using any service, you ("User") are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in full.

1. Account Registration & Eligibility
1.1 Registration Requirements
To open an account at avc77, the following conditions must be met:
- You must be at least 21 years old.
- You must provide your correct full name, address, date of birth, and contact details.
- Only one account per person is permitted. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all accounts may be closed and balances forfeited.
- You may not open an account on behalf of another person or in the name of any organisation.
- You must confirm that online gaming is legal in your jurisdiction.
1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)
avc77 reserves the right to verify your identity at any time. We may request copies of your national ID card, passport, or other government-issued documents. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold until the verification process is complete.
Providing false information or failing to cooperate with verification will result in account closure and the remaining balance will not be returned.
1.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account password and login details completely confidential. Sharing this information with any third party is strictly prohibited. 2. Financial Transactions — Deposits & Withdrawals
2.1 Accepted Payment Methods
The following methods are available for deposits and withdrawals at avc77:

- Upay — minimum deposit ৳100
- Bank Transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other scheduled banks) — minimum deposit ৳100
Funds sent through any method not listed above will not be accepted and cannot be guaranteed to be returned.
2.2 Withdrawal Conditions
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800.
- Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
- Your account must be fully verified before a withdrawal request can be made.
- It is recommended that your withdrawal method matches your deposit method.
- Withdrawals will not be processed if the wagering requirements on any bonus balance have not been met.
- If fraudulent activity is suspected, we reserve the right to place withdrawals on hold and may request additional verification.
2.3 Currency
All transactions on avc77 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). If currency conversion applies due to a third-party payment gateway, the cost of that conversion is the user's responsibility.
3. Bonuses & Promotions
3.1 Welcome Bonus
New users at avc77 receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,000 bonus — total balance ৳2,000.
- Deposit ৳32,000 and receive a ৳15,000 bonus (maximum cap) — total balance ৳47,000.
The welcome bonus applies only once on the first deposit. Multiple members of the same household, or users sharing the same device or IP address, may not claim this bonus more than once.
3.2 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements apply to all bonuses. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. For example, for a ৳1,000 bonus you must wager 15 × ৳1,000 = ৳15,000 — after which winnings earned from the bonus become withdrawable.

3.3 General Bonus Rules
- A bonus cannot be converted to cash on its own — withdrawal is only possible after the wagering requirements have been met.
- Bonus balances cannot be transferred to another account.
- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
- If a bonus is claimed fraudulently, the bonus and any associated winnings will be voided.
4. VIP Program & Cashback
4.1 VIP Tier Overview
avc77 offers a five-tier VIP program for regular players. Weekly cashback rewards are provided at each tier:
- Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.4% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 0.8% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
4.2 Earning & Changing VIP Tiers
A player's VIP tier is determined by their active participation and regular betting activity. Moving up to a higher tier is achieved through consistent and active play.
avc77 reserves the right to change the terms, cashback rates, and criteria of the VIP program at any time. VIP benefits are non-transferable.
5. Fair Play & Prohibited Activities
5.1 Fair Gaming Environment
avc77 is committed to maintaining a safe and fair gaming environment. The software of all game providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, and others) uses internationally certified Random Number Generators (RNG), ensuring unbiased outcomes.
5.2 Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and will be treated as grounds for account termination:
- Fraud, collusion, or any form of dishonest conduct.
- Exploiting software errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage.
- Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
- Account hacking or unauthorised access to another person's account.
- Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.

If any such activity is detected, the relevant account will be closed immediately, all balances and winnings may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken.
5.3 Technical Issues & Errors
avc77 reserves the right to void any bonus or winnings incorrectly credited due to a technical error, server issue, or software bug. After an error is identified, the user will be notified and, where applicable, the correct balance will be restored.
6. Responsible Gaming
6.1 Age Restriction
avc77 is for users aged 21 and over only. Minors are not permitted to open an account or use the platform. If there is any doubt about a user's age, we will request immediate verification and the account will remain suspended until proof is provided.
6.2 Self-Limits & Self-Exclusion
avc77 prioritises responsible gaming. Users can contact our support team to set deposit limits, betting limits, or to request self-exclusion. Once self-exclusion is activated, it cannot be reversed before the specified period ends.

8.2 Third-Party Software
avc77 uses software from third-party game providers. avc77 is not liable for the performance, availability, or security of this software. avc77 will make every reasonable effort to address losses or disruptions caused by errors or unavailability in third-party software, but cannot guarantee compensation.
8.3 Service Disruptions
avc77 is not liable for service disruptions caused by natural disasters, technical failures, cyber attacks, or any other circumstances beyond its control. In such situations we will work to restore normal operations as quickly as possible.
9. Account Closure & Termination
9.1 Account Closure at the User's Request
You may close your account at any time by contacting our support team. Before closure, please withdraw any remaining balance (subject to wagering requirements being met). Claims for a balance after account closure must be made within a limited time period.
9.2 Account Closure at avc77's Discretion
avc77 may close or suspend an account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms.
- Providing false information or concealing identity.
- Fraudulent or suspicious activity.
- Operating multiple accounts.
- Bonus abuse or exploitation of the system.
10. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law
10.1 Complaint Procedure

10.2 Formal Disputes
In the case of a formal dispute, both parties will first attempt an amicable settlement. If no settlement is reached, the dispute will be resolved through arbitration. These Terms are to be interpreted in accordance with the applicable law in all cases.
10.3 English Language Precedence
These Terms were originally prepared in English. The Bengali version has been translated for the convenience of users. In the event of any dispute, the English version will be considered definitive.
11. General Provisions
11.1 Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions, privacy policy, and applicable promotional terms together form the complete agreement between the user and avc77. Any prior oral or written agreements or discussions are superseded.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms and conditions is declared invalid by a court or competent authority, only that provision will be invalid and the remaining terms and conditions will remain in full effect.
11.3 Delay in Exercising Rights
Any delay or failure by avc77 to enforce any provision will not be considered a waiver of that right. avc77 may exercise its rights at any time.
